Discussion: The meeting was called to order and a quorum was announced at 5:30 p.m. by Secretary Sarah Robinson.

Discussion: The RISD Board of Trustees entered into Closed Session at 5:37 p.m. under Texas Government Code 551.074 Personnel. The board reconvened to Open Session at 10:02 p.m.
