Discussion:
Mr. Kraus shared some upcoming conference dates for NRCSA and NASB. He shared the LED lighting project was completed over break and a vehicle and roof replacement plan has been created. He also thanked the Board for their service as Jan. 26th is Board Member Appreciation week.

The American Civics committee met with Sarah Burr on Jan. 10th and confirmed we are meeting the requirement of LB 399

Morgan Richards and Heather Krause presented information to the board on the need of a second full-time SLP.

PreK considerations for 2025-2026 school year
Discussion:
Mrs. Gilkey shared information about possibly adding one section of 3-year-old preschool with an enrollment cap. If added, we would look at adding an interventionist position that would cover the elementary and middle school.

Strategic Plan update
Discussion:
Mr. Kraus shared that a majority of the strategic plan has been completed and that it would be a good time to review the plan with the board and review the contents. We are in year 4 out of 5 of the plan.
