Ordinance 5-24 Ordinance Creating Sanitary Sewer Extension District 2024-1 An Ordinance creating Sanitary Sewer Extension District 2024-1 for the purposes of extending the City's sanitary sewer system beyond the boundaries of the City's existing system and constructing approximately 8" sewer main and related appurtenances within the District as set forth on the plans and specifications on file at the office of the City Clerk.

Ordinance 06-24 Ordinance Creating Water Extension District 2024-1 An Ordinance creating Water Extension District 2024-1 for the purposes of extending the City's municipal water system beyond the boundaries of the City's existing system and constructing a 8” water main and related appurtenances within the District as set forth on the plans and specifications on file at the office of the City Clerk. 

M.4. Ordinance 07-24 Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of Bond Anticipation Notes Approval and adoption of an ordinance authorizing the issuance by the City of its Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2024, in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $3,200,000 for the purpose of constructing paving, water, and sewer improvements of the City.
