ORDINANCE NO. 16-25 AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 13-25 OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, NEMAHA COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AMENDING FIXED COMPENSATION OF THE OFFICERS & EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY; REPEALING THE ORIGINAL ORDINANCE NO. 13-25; PRESCRIBING EFFECTIVE DATES FOR COMPENSATION; & DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE FOR THIS ORDINANCE.

M.2. ORDINANCE NO. 17-25 OF  THE CITY OF AUBURN, NEMAHA COUNTY, NEBRASKA AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ORIGINAL SECTION 132.08 OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, NEBRASKA, CODE OF ORDINANCES TO AMEND THE PERMITTED USE AND DAYS OF USE OF FIREWORKS REGULATED BY CITY CODE; TO REPEAL THE ORIGINAL SECTION 132.08 OF SAID CITY CODE AND ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE; AND TO DECLARE AN EFFECTIVE DATE FOR THIS ORDINANCE.
