VII.D. APPROVAL OF MPSERS PROPOSED IRS CLOSING AGREEMENT CLAG 117897-19 AND IRS FORM 2848
Assistant Superintendent for Business Services recommends the Board of Education authorize the Superintendent and/or Assistant Superintendent for Business Services to participate in the closing agreement and to execute IRS Form 2848 to authorize Dykema Gossett, PLLC as Power of Attorney to sign the closing agreement on behalf of KRESA.
 

VII.E. APPROVAL OF KRESA CHILLER AND BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECTS
Administration recommends the Board to approve a construction contract to Kalamazoo Mechanical Inc. for the KRESA Chiller and Boiler Replacements at the WoodsEdge Learning Center, Service Center, and West Campus for a construction cost of $ 504,959 per the attached bid recommendation.

 

VII.F. APPROVAL OF EXTENDED COVID-19 LEARNING PLAN RECONFIRMATION FOR FEBRUARY
Superintendent recommends the approval of the Extended COVID-19 Learning Plan Reconfirmation for February, as presented.
