Motion to approve consent agenda with the following revisions, add Marion Hubbard NHS comments to citizen's comments section of April minutes and remove check # 12418 to GE Capital in the amount of $28,507.95 from check register because it was paid in April. New check register total $39,847.60 Passed with a motion by Lynette Mitchell and a second by John Worthing.

I recommend that we fulfill the requirements of the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality's Clean Diesel Grant Program by purchasing a 71 passenger 2015 model Blue Bird ‘Vision’ conventional school bus for $86,245 Passed with a motion by Morgan Meier and a second by JC Ourada.

I recommend that the 2006 International School Bus be declared as surplus and that any money or trade equity be applied against the total cost of a new 2015 bus purchase, Passed with a motion by Jeff Meads and a second by Morgan Meier.

I move to adopt Board policy 6290, as presented and to repeal and rescind all existing Board policies that pertain to the same matters or that are otherwise conflicting, including without limitation existing policies Passed with a motion by Lynette Mitchell and a second by Denise Ourada.
