5.a. Strategic Plan and Scorecard
Background:
Attached are the District Strategic Plan and District Scorecard.
We will review the Strategic Plan and how the Scorecard is being used to focus and track our efforts on a monthly basis with reports to the board every 90 days. |

5.b. Board Goals
Background:
Board President Justin Jutting will facilitate a session focused on developing additional goals for FY26.
|

5.c. Financial Outlook
Background:
This session will include a review of the fall student count and the general fund revenue generated. We will also examine the FY2025 budget deficit, school enrollment trends, class size comparisons, and individual building financial information to provide a clearer understanding of resource allocation.
The presentation will be attached on Monday and finalized with the most current student enrollment numbers. Attached is the timeline for this year's budget decisions.
