VI. Motion, discussion, and vote to approve or not approve entering into a Separation Agreement with Superintendent Pat Dodson and to authorize the board president or any other board member to execute any such board approved agreement on behalf of the Board and the District.

VII. Motion, discussion, and vote to approve or not approve entering into a superintendent search agreement with the Oklahoma State School Boards Association, the cost not to exceed $30,000.
