3. Bid 1248-1 HOCHS Parking Lot Improvements
Bid Alternate #2, 6 inch concrete vs. 4 inch concrete in entry plaza.
Description:
Recommendation: It is recommended the School Board approve this change order in the amount of $6600, to provide 6 inch concrete in lieu of 4 inch concrete in the entry plaza, as provided in the response to Bid 1248-1 – HOCHS Parking Lot Improvements add alternate #2.

4. Bid 1247 Denfeld High School CTE Addition
Proposal for epoxy paint and primer for cement floor. Cost not to exceed $13,500.00.
Description:
Recommendation: It is recommended the School Board approve this change order, authorizing Bill Hanson to approve this cost not to exceed $13,500.00, to install primer and epoxy paint in lieu of seal coating on the CTE Lab floor, at Denfeld High School CTE Addition. Once the actual change order is received this information will be provided to the School Board Members.
