Pursuant to §551.074, Texas Government Code, the Committee of the Whole may deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, performance of duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee(s), including, without limitation, the duties of the Chancellor.

13.H. Pursuant to §551.074, Texas Government Code, the Committee of the Whole may deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices, or a security audit, including, without limitation, a safety and security internal audit of the multi-hazard emergency program.
