2. President of the Great Plains Technology Center Board of Education's report - George Bridges

3. Conduct due process hearing for Steve Wolverton on the Superintendent’s recommendation for a Reduction in Force:

3.a. The Board President shall convene the hearing and state the purpose of the hearing.
|
3.b. Opening statement by Superintendent.
|
3.c. Opening statement by Steve Wolverton.
|
3.d. Presentation of Superintendent's evidence, followed by cross-examination of witnesses by and questions by the Board members.
|
3.e. Presentation of Steve Wolverton’s evidence, followed by cross-examination of witnesses by the Superintendent or Superintendent’s designee and questions by the Board members.
|
3.f. Presentation of rebuttal evidence by Superintendent.
|
3.g. Presentation of sur-rebuttal evidence by Steve Wolverton, as necessary, and sur-sur-rebuttal evidence by Superintendent, if necessary.

3.h. Closing argument by Steve Wolverton.
|
3.i. Closing argument by Superintendent or his designee.
|
3.j. Consideration and vote to enter into executive session to discuss and deliberate on whether to renew or not renew Mr. Wolverton's employment contract for FY26. This executive session is allowed by Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(1).

3.k. Vote to acknowledge return to open session.
|
3.l. Board President's executive session minutes compliance statement.
|
3.m. (1) Vote by Board to accept or reject the Superintendent’s recommendation for a reduction in force, and recitation of Findings of Fact upon which the decision is based.
(2) Vote by Board to reassign Steve Wolverton to an alternate position of employment, due to a reduction in force. |
