5. Executive Session
Description:
The Board will vote to convene an executive session "Having named more than one finalist and having conducted and completed interviews with each of the finalists in a forum open to the public, the Board of Education and members of the interview committee may proceed into executive session pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(i)(I) and C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(i)(III) to meet with and instruct the District’s superintendent search consultant in order to prioritize, for purposes of negotiation, one or more finalists and to begin contract negotiations concerning the terms of an employment contract with one or more finalists for the position of superintendent."
