XVI. Consider and approve permisstion to acquire energy services company.

XVII. Consider and approve agreement between Lewis County Board of Education and Harvey Educational Consulting, Roseann L. Harvey, for Special Services administrative support, effective August 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025.

Consider and approve agreement between the Lewis County Board of Education and West Virginia University Board of Governors on behalf of West Virginia University and its College of Applied Human Sciences, School of Education, for Clinical Placements Field Placements and Internships, effective August 15, 2024 - June 30, 2025.

XIX. Consider and approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Hope Gas, Inc., and The Lewis County Board of Education to cover the financial costs related to the Board's purchasing and installation of a new gym floor, new scoreboard, renovation of the locker rooms, new trophy case, new bleachers for upstairs, and a new public announcing system all at Lewis County High School, and any other agreed-upon renovations at Lewis County High School.
