Discussion and Vote to Approve or Not Approve an Amended Resolution affirming the sale to the low bidder and restating and replacing the provisions of that certain Resolution dated May 14, 2025, authorizing the issuance of Bonds; providing for the issuance of General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds, Taxable Series 2025 in the sum of $1,640,000 by Independent School District Number 6 of Craig County, Oklahoma, authorized at an election duly called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of Bonds; providing for registration thereof; providing levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same and fixing other details of the issue; approving the forms of a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and an Official Statement; and authorizing executions and actions necessary for the issuance and delivery of the Bonds.
