3. The Board will discuss, consider and/or act upon approving a resolution authorizing the calling and holding of a special election to be held in the Ketchum School District to authorize the issuance of General Obligation Bonds and setting forth the following items:

A. Set amount of the bond issue
B. Set bond issue projects
C. Set date for bond election (April 1, 2025)
D. Set maturity limitation
E. Set interest rate limitation
F. Set polling places
