1. CALL TO ORDER

2. EXECUTIVE SESSION.  Executive session may be called for the purposes permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 through 551.146, including Section 551.071, Consultation with Attorney,  Section 551.074 Personnel Matters (Appointment, Employment, Evaluation, Reassignment, Duties, Discipline, Dismissal, Complaint (Superintendent Search)), Section 551.076 Deliberation Regarding Security Devices (Deployment, Implementation of Security Personnel or Devices), Section 551.082 School Children: School District Employees; Disciplinary Matter or Complaint, and Section 551.0821 Personally Identifiable Information about Public School Student.

 

Pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071, to consult with the District’s attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Local Government Code.

 

Pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, employee, or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.
