XXV. Adjournment to Closed Session Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section:  Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Local Government Code.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.  

551.076  Considering the deployment, specific occasions for, or implementation of security, personnel or devices.

XXVI. Reconvene to Open Session:  Pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Open Meetings  Act:  551.071, 551.074 and 551.076.  Take appropriate action, if any, on personnel matters related to the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.
