3. Motion to convene into closed session under Wis. Stats. §§ 19.85(1)(a) and (f), for the express purpose of deliberating concerning a possible pupil expulsion which will be considered by the District Board of Education pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 120.13(1). Such deliberations will consider if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the pupil referred to in such histories or data or involved in such investigation.
