Consider CDBG Downtown Revitalization Grant Application for Vandenberg Electric & Communication, LLC, 595 4th Street, for installation of new signage on the eastern facade in the amount of $11,855.84, of which $8,891.88 will be eligible for reimbursement from the City's CDBG award and the remaining $2,963.96 to be the sole responsibility of Vandenberg Electric & Communication LLC;*
