Description:  The purpose of this agenda item is to provide an update on the schedule and finances for the Middle School project. An updated financial report related to contingency funds and change orders has been attached. Administration will review the updates to this months report. 
 

Description:  The purpose of this agenda item is to review our standard agenda item for district-wide capital maintenance requests. Attached please find the capital maintenance tracking spreadsheet for November. Administration will review the changes that took place on the maintenance tracking spreadsheet to account for the potential summer 2026 high school campus work. 
Also attached please find capital maintenance requests for December.

Description:  The purpose of this agenda item is to review the scope of work that was approved for design by the school board at the regular November board meeting. Planning is ongoing regarding design and administration continues to work with our project partners to bring back bids in the March 2026 timeframe. The scope includes new classroom furniture for the department that moves to the existing middle school. Tim Schell would like to discuss the topic of classroom furniture in the existing high school, and more specifically the math department. Tim will be adding supporting documents to this agenda item. Administration will be requesting feedback from the committee on this topic. 

Description:  The purpose of this agenda item is to review the long-term high school planning process.  Attached please find an additional option for consideration regarding high school planning. This option focuses the work on the oldest portion of the high school, which is now over 50 years old. Administration will provide an update and will request feedback from the committee. 

Description:  Tim Schell will review the benefits of updating the classroom furniture in our high school mathematics classrooms and possible options for doing so.
