5.A. Consider New Band Uniforms
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the purchase of 325 new band uniforms for a cost not to exceed $193,029.20 with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

5.B. Consider Crawford to Provide On-Site Emergency Generator at the C. E. King 9th Grade Campus
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Crawford's proposal, as a member of a Cooperative Partnership, to provide an Emergency Generator & Electrical Equipment Package at the C. E. King Ninth Grade Campus at a price not to exceed $348,036.00 as the best value to the district with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

5.C. Consider Approval of IDG to provide Architectural Services for Safety & Security Project - District-Wide Fencing Projects
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve IDG Architects, as a Vendor from the approved five short-listed firms, to provide Architectural Design Services, including a complete design/procurement package as required to provide District Wide Exterior Perimeter Fencing Replacement and Repairs for a price not to exceed $95,000.00 as the best value to the District.
Furthermore, it is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the superintendent or designee authority to approve payments and authorize expenditures that do not alter the contract cost or contract time and with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes. |

Adjournment to closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section: 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, employee, or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee and 551.076 for considering the deployment, specific occasions for, or implementation of, security personnel or devices.

10.A. Job Abandonment: Jason Salinas
Description:
Based on Texas Education Code 21.105, it is recommended that as the Board of Trustees, we find that good cause did not exist for Jason Sallinas to abandon his probationary employment contract and authorize our superintendent to file a written complaint on behalf of the Board to the State Board for Educator Certification with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.
