Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Curriculum Associates i-Ready for $172,322.00 with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

Description:

Description:

Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the attached list of individuals to serve on the Sheldon ISD Student Health Advisory Committee for the 2023-2024 School Year with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

7.G. Consider Johnson Controls Maintenance Contract
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Johnson Controls service agreement for the water-cooled chillers at C. E. King High School in the amount of $89,627.15 with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

7.H. Consider Extended Warranty for KHS Chillers
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Johnson Controls manufactory extended warranty for the water-cooled chillers at C. E. King High School in the amount of $72,614.10 with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

7.I. Consider Carrier Preventative Maintenance Contract Renewal
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Carrier service agreement renewal in the amount of $70,400.00 with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

7.J. Consider the Purchase of a Skid Steer Vertical Lift Path Loader from Landsdowne-Moody Company
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Landsdowne-Moody Company for the purchase of a Skid Steer vertical lift path loader at a cost of $63,984.35 which is the best value to the District.
Furthermore, it is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the superintendent or designee authority to approve payments and authorize expenditures which do not alter the contract cost or contract time and with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes. |
7.K. Consider Installation of Pico Players into existing Front Row A/V Systems at both C. E. King High School and Sheldon Lakes Elementary
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Piraino Consulting as a member of a Cooperative Partnership, to provide new Pico Players into the existing Front Row Plenum enclosures in the existing classrooms of both C. E. King High School and Sheldon Lakes Elementary School at a price not to exceed $107,300.00 as the best value to the district with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

7.L. Consider Replacement/Upgrade of Existing Bleachers at Auxilliary Gymnasium of C. E. King Middle School
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Specialty Supply & Installation, LLC as a member of a Cooperative Partnership, to provide replacement/upgrades to an existing section of bleachers at C. E. King Middle School at a price not to exceed $66,432.00 as the best value to the district with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Sheldon Early College High School Memorandum of Understanding between San Jacinto Community College District and Sheldon ISD with a copy to be attached to and become a part of the minutes.

Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Sheldon STEM Academy PTECH Memorandum of Understanding between San Jacinto Community College District and Sheldon ISD with a copy to be attached to and become a part of the minutes.

7.O. Consider Budget Amendments for 2023-2024
Description:
It is recommended that the Board approve the budget amendments for a total of $458,556.00 for approved programs with a copy to be attached to and become a part of the minutes.

7.P. Consider Property Insurance
Description:
It is recommended that property of Sheldon ISD be insured by AIG/Lexington lead insurance carriers with an annual estimated premium of $2,989,010.00 with a copy to be attached to and become a part of the minutes.

7.Q. Consider District-wide Chromebook rotation (2,400)
Description:
It is recommended that the Sheldon ISD Board of Trustees approve the quote provided by CDW-G for the purchase of 2,400 Chromebooks priced at $615,600.00, with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

7.R. Consider Stepping Stones/Cobb Pediatrics
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Stepping Stones/Cobb Pediatrics contracted service agreement. Per the service agreement, the cost should not exceed $192,456.50 for the 2023-2024 school year. Furthermore, it is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the Superintendent or designee authority to approve payments and authorize expenditures which do not alter the contract or contract time, with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.
