10.A. Consider Special Services Contracted Services 2026-2027
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Humble ISD contract agreement for - 2026-2027 school year. Per the service agreement, the cost should not exceed the amount of $178,000.00 to start in August for the 2026-2027 school year. Furthermore, it is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the superintendent or designee authority to approve payments and authorize expenditures, which do not alter the contract or contract time, with a copy to be attached to and become a part of the minutes.

10.B. Consider of the purchase of ten (10) 78 Passenger Buses from Thomas Built Buses
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Thomas Buses, as a member of BuyBoard, for the purchase of ten (10) 78 Passenger Conventional buses at a price not to exceed $1,610,000.00 as the best value to the District.

10.C. Consider Final Payment of Retention to Sterling Structures for completion of CO - OP Job Order Contracting Construction Services for Exterior Wall Mitigation work at the Dr. King R. Davis, Jr. Educational Support Center
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees, by receipt of the Certificate of Final Completion and the Consent of Surety from Sterling Structures, accept the work for the Exterior Wall Mitigation at the Dr. King R. Davis, Jr. Educational Support Center as complete.

10.D. Consider Final Payment of Retention to Nash Construction Industries for completion of Construction Services required for Facility Sustainment Project - NOCC Office Conversion a part of the 2022 Sheldon ISD Bond Project
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees, by receipt of the Certificate of Final Completion and the Consent of Surety from Nash Industries, accept work for the NOC Office Conversion project as complete.

Description:

Description:
It is recommended that the Sheldon ISD Board of Trustees approve Stormwater Professional Group to provide turnkey services for the maintenance and certification of the school district's water retention ponds for an amount not to exceed $169,555.00 with a copy to be attached and become part of the minutes.

Description:
It is recommended that the Sheldon ISD Board of Trustees certify compliance with specified laws under Texas Education Code (TEC), §39.008, as established by Senate Bill 12 of the 89th Texas Legislature.

Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the contract with the Harris County Constable, Precinct 3, for the continuation of the contract Patrol Program beginning October 1, 2026, at a projected cost of $1,800,820.00, with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

Description:
