Superintendent recommends that the Board of Education approve the resolution to impose a summer tax levy to collect all school property taxes upon property within Kalamazoo RESA boundaries.

Superintendent recommends that the Board of Education accept the Kalamazoo RESA Audit report by Plante Moran, as presented.

Superintendent recommends that the Board of Education approve the first reading of the amended Board Federal Program Administration Policy #7170, as presented.

VII.D. APPROVAL OF GOVERNANCE, LEADERSHIP, AND OVERSIGHT CAPACITY SCREENER FOR THE KALAMAZOO RESA HEAD START PROGRAM
Superintendent recommends that the Board of Education approve the screener, which organizes the Head Start requirements to help the organization identify where they need to make changes and build capacity to fulfill the Head Start governance responsibilities, as presented.
