Superintendent recommends that the Board of Education approve the first reading of the amended Board Bullying Policy [Matt's Safe School Law], as presented at the public hearing prior to this regular meeting.

XI.B. 2ND  READING APPROVAL OF BOARD INTERNET SAFETY POLICY
Superintendent recommends that the Board of Education approve the second reading of the Board Internet Safety Policy.  This approval follows a public hearing on February 9, 2012 and first reading approval on March 15, 2012.

XI.F. APPROVAL OF LAKESIDE ACADEMY APPLICATION FOR KALAMAZOO RESA TO AUTHORIZE THE EDUCATION CENTER AT LAKESIDE ACADEMY, A STRICK DISCIPLINE ACADEMY
Superintendent recommends that the Board of Education approve the Strict Discipline Academy application, as presented.

As per Board Policy - The Superintendent Summary Evaluation will occur on a yearly basis.
