IX.b. Set Salary for Board President (2021-2022 Salary was $2,000/year plus established meeting rate).

XI. Results of the 2022 School Board elections by the Board President, Aaron Wolfe:  Bob Hermanson 623 (elected to 3 year term), Carly Winslow 695 (elected to 3 year term), and Ryan McGuire 597 (elected to 3 year term - resigned: May 2, 2022); Jeff Stauffacher appointed: June 14, 2022.

XII. Set date, place and hour of next Annual Meeting and Budget Hearing.

XII.a. NOTE:  Chapter 164 of the Laws of 1979 permits electors at an Annual Meeting to select a meeting date of its choice for the subsequent Annual Meeting providing the date for the Meeting and Budget Hearing falls within the dates of May 15 and September 30.  The District recommends the fourth Monday in August 2023 (August 28, 2023) as its preferred date.
