Interested members of the public who wish to speak at the meeting during the public comment time, can RSVP online up until noon on the day of the meeting. For in-person meetings, all are welcome to come to the meeting and fill out a "blue card" signifying that they would like to give public comment and give it to the Board Chair at the start of the meeting with no prior reservation or notification needed.
