Description:  ORS 327.016 directs the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) to prepare an annual report on English learner program funding and student outcomes. Each annual report is distributed in June and looks back at the prior school year. This report is for the 2024-25 school year, and is required to be provided to school board members by Sept. 1st.

RECOMMENDED MOTION-CALCULUS CURRICULUM
I move that the Board approve the adoption of the OpenStax Calculus instructional materials for Advanced Placement courses to be implemented in the fall of 2026.

Description:  This month's report includes a motion to approve Resolution 082026A, which establishes a level of significance for accounting changes and error corrections in accordance with GASB Statement 103.

Additionally, OSBA recommends that districts delete the accompanying AR for this policy so once JHCCF is approved, JHCCF-AR will be removed from board policy.
