1. CALL REGULAR SESSION TO ORDER
Description:
The Special Session of the North Santiam School District’s Board of Directors is called to order at 6:00 pm. It is an open meeting of the Board and, with the exception of Executive Session agenda items, the public is allowed to observe in-person and via Zoom livestream on YouTube.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION - ORS 192.660(2)(f) & 192.660(2)(b)
Description:
The Board will recess to Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(f)- To consider records exempt by law from public inspection and ORS 192.660(2)(b)-to consider complaints against staff. This portion of the meeting is not open to the public.
