2.a. The School Board will now meet in executive session for the purpose of ORS 192.660(2)(b), which allows the Board to meet in executive session to consider the dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member, or agent.
Representatives of the news media and designated staff shall be allowed to attend. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on or record any of the deliberations during the executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced. All other members of the public are not permitted to attend. No decision will be made in executive session. The Board may act on a decision in the work session following the executive session. |
