1. Call to Order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Adopt Official Agenda giving the President discretion to take items out of order or in executive session as needed.

4. Approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on August 14, 2023.

5. Consider approval of bills as presented in the amount of $301,619.42 be authorized; that salaries for the month of September 2023 be authorized; that quick pay for August 2023 in the amount of $812,962.29 be approved; and that October 2023 salaries and bills to be quick paid be authorized.

6. Conduct a public hearing for the issuance of $89,000,000 General Obligation Lease Certificates (Alternate Revenue Source) for the purpose of building and equipping a new school building and improving the site thereof while such building is being leased by the District, $25,000,000 Working Cash Fund Bonds for the purpose of increasing the working cash fund of the District and $25,000,000 Funding Bonds for the purpose of paying claims against the District.
