Description:
The Administration recommends approval of the following change orders for the above named project.
- Change Order #1 with Boser Construction, Inc. in the amount of +$54,028.00 South - for plumbing review items, aluminum window changes, electrical modifications, miscellaneous changes requested, and drinking fountain floor drain. - Change Order #2 with KUE Contractors, Inc. in the amount of +$51,196.00 for Madison - for removal of cabinets in 9 classrooms, mazzanine infill, water heater, storage shed, AHU 2 openings, plumbing vent, and added rods to beam. - Change Order #1 with KUE Contractors, Inc. in the amount of +$4,388.00 for McKinley - for changes at gym storage, kiln room and add outlets, wall modifications, miscellaneous added work, mop sink, fire alarm panel. - Change Order #2 with KUE Contractors, Inc. in the amount of +$130,279.00 for McKinley - to secure entry demo and secure entry new work. VI.R. Settlement Agreement
Description:
The School Board authorizes the Superintendent to execute a settlement agreement relating to the full and final resolution of an employment dispute with Daniel Ayer, as recommended by the insurance company, and with the settlement to be paid by insurance funds for any amounts over the District insurance deductible. The Board Personnel Committee has reviewed the settlement terms and recommends approval.
