I.D. Award of Request for Proposal to Provide Comprehensive Program Management Services for District HVAC Upgrade Project
Description:
The Administration recommends that the Board of Education award the Request for Proposal to provide Comprehensive Program Management Services for District HVAC Upgrade Projects to General Energy Brokerage for Consulting (GEBC) in the amount of $2,750,000 based upon low proposal received meeting specifications.
This project will be funded with Deferred Maintenance, Capital Outlay, and a Guaranteed Performance Contract. A tabulation is attached.

The Administration recommends that the Board of Education enter into a contract under the U.S. Communities Contract with Design-Build Solutions, Inc., (DBS), a subsidiary of Garland Industries, for Roof Repair Project at District Services Building in the amount of $286,958.00. This project will be funded with Deferred Maintenance Funds. |
