I.C. Approval of Application for Cooperative Sponsorship
Description:
The Administration recommends approval of an Application for Cooperative Sponsorship to the Minnesota State High School League between Tech High School and St. John's Preparatory School for Football beginning with the 2010-2011 school year.

I.D. Recommendation Regarding Health Insurance
Description:
The Administration recommends approval of the following health insurance plans with Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Health Partners at the indicated renewal rates effective October 1, 2010, through September 30, 2011. Summary information on each of the plans and current District contribution rates are attached.

I.E. Bid Award for Dental Plan Administration
Description:
The Administration recommends that the Board of Education award the bid for dental plan administration to Health Partners effective October 1, 2010, with a plan administration rate of $3.10 per employee per month with monthly plan rates as follows:
Health Partners Open Access Dental Choice (Existing Self-Insured Plan) Current Rates: Single: $32.75 Family: $91.65 Renewal Rates: Single: $31.36 Family: $90.19 New Option: Health Partners Select (Employee Chooses to Use Health Partners Dental Clinic) Proposed Rates: Single: $26.66 Family: $76.66 |

II.A. Approval of Student Handbooks for 2010-2011
Description:
Chris Blauer, Assistant Principal, Tech High School, will present an overview of the student handbooks, including their purpose and content. Copies of the student handbooks for 2010-2011 are available in the Superintendent's Office upon request. Summary information is attached.
The Administration recommends approval of the student handbooks for Senior High (Apollo, Tech, and Area Learning Center), Junior High (North and South), and Elementary & Preschool for the 2010-2011 school year.
