5. Executive Session - The Board of Trustees will adjourn to Closed/Executive Session to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property and to receive legal advice from legal counsel regarding the sale of real estate. Texas Government Code Sections 551.072 and 551.071

6. Reconvene from Closed/Executive Session.

7. Adjournment.
