1. Call to order and verification that a quorum of Board Members is present, that this meeting has been duly called, and that notice of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

Executive Session.  Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.071 (Consulting privately with the Board’s attorney), §551.129 (Consulting privately with the Board’s attorney telephonically), §551.074 (Personnel, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee, specifically to discuss), and §551.072 (Deliberating the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property).

5.A. Current and Possible New District Land Uses.

6. Reconvene from Closed/Executive Session for possible action relative to items considered during Closed/Executive Session.

7. Report - Bond Project for a new West Elementary School.  Presented by David Truitt, Superintendent. [District Goals #1-5]

8. Public Hearing - Proposed Bond for November 2019 for the new West Elementary School Project.

9. Action - Consideration and possible action by the Board to adopt the Order calling for a Bond Election and take all necessary action thereof, authorizing the Superintendent, David Truitt, to execute the necessary documents on behalf of the West Independent School District.  Presented by David Truitt, Superintendent. 10. Action - Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the AIA Document B101 with Claycomb Associates, Inc. for architectural planning, design, site and engineering services for new facilities, additions and renovations to the educational facilities of West ISD, and authorize the Superintendent, David Truitt, to execute the document.  Presented by Charles Mikeska, Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations.
