Action - Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the Amendment to AIA Document B101-2007 with Huckabee & Associates, Inc., for the purpose of adding additional scope to the Agreement related to the West ISD Athletics Project as presented and authorize the Superintendent to execute the proposed Amendment.  Presented by Charles Mikeska, Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations. 7. Action - Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the Interlocal Purchasing Method for the procurement of the West Middle/High School Sports Track.  Presented by Charles Mikeska, Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations. [District Goal #5]

8. Action - Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the Interlocal Purchasing Method for the procurement of the West Middle/High School Sports Turf.  Presented by Charles Mikeska, Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations. [District Goal #5]

Action - Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) Purchasing Method for the procurement of the West ISD Maintenance and Operations Department's Parking Lot, Driveway, Overhead Garage Bay Doors, and/or Concrete Work at the 1967 Gymnasium.  Presented by Charles Mikeska, Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations.
