April 21, 2026 at 6:00 PM - Special Called Meeting

1. Call to Order. Upon announcement by the presiding officer that a quorum is present, the meeting will be called to order. The presiding officer will verify that the meeting has been duly called and notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

2. Pledges to the U.S. and Texas Flags.

4. Public Comment.

5. Closed Session. Closed Session will be held for the purposes authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq. concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited to the sections and purposes listed below.

5.A. For the purpose of considering the appointment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee pursuant to Section 551.074.

6. Reconvene from Closed Session. The Board will reconvene for possible action relative to items considered during Closed Session.

6.A. Discuss and consider Board approval of the Superintendent's new 2026-2027 Contract Recommendation for West ISD Athletic Director. [District Goal #3]

7. Adjournment.
