XIV.A. Pursuant to section 10-5-1 (H8) NMSA 1978, the Board will convene in Executive Session to discuss the sale/transfer of real estate.

XIV.B. Pursuant to NMSA, 10-15-1 (H7) the Board will convene in Executive Session subject to the attorney-client privilege to review and discuss information from legal counsel specifically an update on all threatened and impending litigation.

No action will be taken in Executive Session. Action, if any, will be taken when the Board reconvenes in open session following the closed session.
