B. Convene Into Executive Session pursuant to Section 10-15-1 (H-2) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, so that the Board can discuss Threatened or Pending Litigation Regarding Instructional Materials. No action will be taken in the Executive Session. Action, if any, will be taken when the Board reconvenes in Open Session following the Closed Session. |
