Description:
Maintenance report for March 2014
1)Contacted Craig Tindel with Parsons roofing concerning finishing the down spouts and roofing the east and west end of the weaver gym. 2)Two new ac units were installed in the old gym over spring break by Carson quality heat and air. 3)I have contacted Kim Thompson at region 8 to assist me in locating TIPS vendor to give a estimate on covered walkways. 4)Mr. Brainard has yet to put the final inspection on the stairs that were built in the ag shop. 5)We are still awaiting some final touch up on the doors installed by Door Doctors of Texarkana at the east end of the elem building. |

Description:
Fuel Tax Savings of $2,082.57 to date. Chart attached.
Bus 16-Transported to Artex International in Texarkana to have the cold start repaired. Replaced heating cylanoid. Bus 14-Transported to New Boston to repair a major oil leak. Checked all fluids and tires on buses. Replaced light bulbs as needed. |

As has been our practice, term teacher contracts are this month and probationary teacher contracts will be April. This practice is in the best interest of the district and allows the administration more time to complete thorough evaluations of staff.
