Resolution rescinding prior commitment of fund balance for principal of long term debt in the amount of $613,386 (gym principal), $333,606.78 (roofs) for a total of $946,992.78 This is in compliance with GASB 54 of which we passed a resolution in our July 2011 regular meeting.
