Fire Alarm System Update: Met with TIPS Vendor awaiting bid , KLC Security, and our Fire Chief (Gary Tucek). We walked to buildings looking at our existing system. Should have a bid prior to our meeting. Could be anywhere from $50-75K to update all buildings to code.

Description:
Access control system should be fully functional by the end of the week. Awaiting bids on door & window tinting and ID badge printer. Starting process to form our own department. Active Shooter training part two on February 22nd.

Description:
Next meeting is Wednesday, February 27th. We will be discussing prospective board members, bylaws and graphics.

Description:
Softball field update: Dugout bleachers are built, but giving dry time for the treated lumber prior to staining. Dugout roofs are up, but not finished out yet. Netting sales rep has been here and measured. Tennis court backstops will be coming down. Weather has slowed the process a bit. First home game, Feb 26th.
