CLOSED MEETING - Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.074 - Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, specifically to include deliberation regarding an interim and/or full-time Superintendent, process for the search, and Board responsibilities related to the search.
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation or on a matter in which the duty of the aattorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, regarding legal advice concerning an interim Superintendent and selection of new full-time Superintendent and related issues. |
