5. Board Member Discussion
Description:
Mrs. DeLaney spoke about the event for Day of Peace which took place Saturday, 9/19/2026 and said what a great job our students did that performed. She also mentioned Community Day event for Saturday, 9/26/2026 at Monroeville Community Park West.
Mrs. Warning also said what a great job our students did at the Day of Peace event. She also asked about the damage to the GMS gym floor to Mr. Walsh. Mrs. Boise thanked the music teachers at GMS for working with GHS Band and having the GMS band perform at the football game on Friday, 9/18/2026. Mrs. Beighel asked about the touch pads in the GHS pool and asked if they would be ready for the start of swim season. Mr. Mock mentioned the UP elevator being complete and that he did ride it a few times to be sure everything was good to go. Mrs. Burns asked for an update of the CSE roof project. Mr. Walsh did say we need some dry days to complete. Mr. Ritter is attending meetings in Rockville MD on AI in Schools Building & Grounds Committee Meeting will be Wednesday, 9/23/2026 at 6:00 pm Curriculum & Equity Committee Meeting will be Thursday, 10/22/2026 at 6:00 pm |
