E.3. Kelley Create Copier Maintenance - Budget Amendment #4
Speaker(s):
Megan Gunderson
Description:
Increase to pay for the annual copier maintenance and repair contract for Kelley Create. Cost includes all toner consumables, repair onsite labor, and minor equipment part replacement costs. Historically, recurring copier costs were associated with district wide equipment accounts, but have been un-budgeted in annual operating costs. This amendment provides a dedicated allocation for the current year’s contract and establishes a basis for including these recurring expenses in future operating budgets.
