*B. Out of State Travel Requests
1. Out-of-state travel approval for Dr. Nikita L. Ashford-Ashworth to serve on the SACSCOC Reaffirmation Visit in Texas from October 20–23, 2025. Expenses will be reimbursed from SACSCOC.
2. Out-of-state travel approval Dr. Nikita L. Ashford will be attending the Student Success US Conference in Atlanta, GA, November 17–19, 2025. Expenses will be paid by local funds.
3. Out-of-state travel approval for the Might Lion Percussion ensemble, Ben Neal and Daniel Wade to compete at WGI Percussion Championships in Dayton, Ohio, on April 15-19, 2026. Expenses will be paid by local funds.
4. Out-of-state travel approval for the EMCC Cheer Team, Sarah Thompson and Sharon Thompson to travel to UCA College Nationals at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL on January 15-18, 2026. Expenses will be paid by local funds.
5. Out-of-state travel approval for Shelley Pate to attend the NACADA Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 25-29, 2025. Expenses will be paid by local funds.

XIV. Approval to receive $1,000,000 from the Appalachian Regional Commission to continue renovation of the Hawkins building on the Scooba campus to expand Nursing and Health Science programs at EMCC. This is the second investment from the Appalachian Regional Commission to support the expansion of Nursing at the Scooba campus.
