*B. Out of State Travel Requests
1. Approval of out-of-state travel for Shannon Miller and her Marketing Students to attend a field trip to Graceland on October 23, 2025. Expenses will be paid for with local funds.
2. Approval of out-of-state travel for Tammie Holmes to serve as an observer for a SACSCOC Reaffirmation in Hampton, VA on October 27-30, 2025. Expenses will be paid for with local funds.
3. Approval of out-of-state travel for Tobie Fears to attend Spring SETA Conference in Orlando, FL on March 1-4, 2026. Expenses will be paid for with local funds.
4. Approval of out-of-state travel for Wesley Frost and Kelsey Sheppard for the Accred X Conference, November 4-9, 2025. Expenses will be paid for with local funds.
5. Approval of out-of-state travel for EMCC PTK Advisors – Scooba (Derrick Conner and Shannon Pendergrass) and GT (Scott Baine and Dr. Brian Tesch), and up to 16 students to be named later, to Baltimore, Maryland, March 25-29, 2026, for the PTK Catalyst 2026. Part of the trip will be paid for with local funds up to the budgeted amount.
