TIPS staff will report the awards to the Board at the next regularly scheduled meeting. Extension of Bid Closing date to November 27, 2017.

5.F. Consider the extension of TIPS contract 3112015 Permanent Modular Buildings from November 20 to December 1. TIPS is requesting the extension of time due to the extension of time provided on the replacement contract solicitation due date to vendors and the Thanksgiving holiday.
