5.A. Discussion and possible action to approve possible budget amendments to the 2025-26 Official Budgets

5.B. Discussion and possible action to dedicate Fund Balance from the 2025-26 Budget.

5.C. Discussion and possible action to adopt Ballinger ISD's 2026-27 Official Operating Budget by Fund and Function for Funds 199 and 161.

5.D. Discussion and possible to adopt the Ballinger ISD's 2026-27 Food Service Budget (101) by Fund and Function

5.E. Discussion and possible action to adopt the 2026 Year Tax Rate by Ordinance which is for the 2026-27 School Year

5.F. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2026 Certified Tax Roll

5.G. Discussion and possible action to approve a resolution setting Minimum Fund Balance for 2026-27.

5.H. Discussion and possible action to commit the Fund Balance for 2025-26 School Year after Final Audited Numbers of the 2025-26 Budget are completed as allowed by GASB 54

5.I. Discussion and possible action to approve the Order of Election for Single Member District 4 for November 3, 2026, and to ratify the District Administration's coordination with the County Elections Administrator regarding the election.

5.J. Discussion and possible action to approve a Comprehensive Insurance Plan for Ballinger ISD for the 2026-27 school year.

6. Executive Session

6.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 552.0821, deliberation and possible action regarding a matter involving a public school student which may reveal personally identifiable information about the student. 

6.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee. 

6.C. Ratify the resignations of employees that have been received by the Superintendent

6.D. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.076, to deliberate matters of school safety and security

6.E. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.129, consultation  with legal counsel as permitted by law.

7. Return to open meeting and take any action deemed necessary upon discussion in the closed meeting.
